Why is it that I always have to be the one to call and text you first? You don’t even appreciate the effort I’m putting in, yet I don’t understand why I’m still trying so hard to get your attention. I’m tired of trying and getting nothing in return. If you ever wanna talk to me again, that’s on you.
The thing about life is that you’re going to get hurt. You’re going to have emotional nights and cry yourself to sleep for hours. You’re going to suffer some kind of heartbreak, some kind of loss. But you will also have those moments where you heal. Those moments are the best. You feel like you smile for the first time again. You feel like you’re alive again. Life just kind of restarts.
Ever since I met you, we used to talk every day. It became one of my daily routines. It feels weird not talking to you nowadays, every time you come online, i’m always tempted to start a conversation with you. But i’m too scared, thinking you probably hate talking to me or you’re busy talking to someone better. So I just wait for you to talk to me first, which is very unlikely, we probably think the same thing, so we end up not talking at all.
